Is MediThrive delivery licensed?

YES.

Can anybody order for delivery?

Yes, if you are 21 years of age and have valid ID. 18+ can order with a valid
doctor’s recommendations. You will need to email us the recommendation
form and valid ID.

What type of ID is required?


Your state driver’s license, state identification card, or passport can work as a valid form of identification. You will need to email us atbudtender@medithrive.com.

Do I have to be a member of your dispensary to order delivery?  


No, but we will need your address and phone number to deliver.
 


How long will my order take?


59 minutes or less in the following zip codes: 94103/94110, 94114, 94107.
Depending on the traffic we will do our best to get your order within 90
minutes.
 


Can I pre-order and set the time of my delivery?


At this time, no. Orders will be fulfilled in real-time during set delivery hours.
 


How long will my order be held for pickup?


We will hold your order for one business day after your order was placed.

Am I able to receive my senior, veteran, 21+ college student, and
birthday 10% off discount on delivery orders?


Yes! If you belong to any of the above descriptions, please let your phone
coordinator know. We'll ask you to send proof of your status.

How can I track my order?


Once we have assigned your order to a driver, you will receive an text SMS
notification that will allow you to follow the driver’s route! We do our best to
leave you informed while not inundating you with too many notifications.

 


Can I change my delivery address once I have already ordered?


Once the order is confirmed, you cannot change the address as the drive
has already left. Please make sure you are there to pick-up the order.
 

 

What is your return policy?
 

All sales are final. Medithrive only allows returns for the incorrect product
delivery or defective cartridges (within 48 hours of purchasing).
 

 

Can I tip the driver?
 

You should. Our drivers will appreciate it.

Can I get delivery to my workplace?
As long as your work is cool with it, we’ll be there!
 


Are my neighbors/colleagues all going to know that I just ordered pot?
 

Our delivery car is a discreet vehicle with no external branding or
messaging.

 

 
How much weed do I need to throw a party for four friends?

 

Well that all depends on your friends … but please note that we are only
allowed to deliver to the person who placed the delivery order.

You are responsible for being present for deliveries. We reserve the right to
